GENERAL SERVICE QUESTIONS

What services do you offer?

We provide in-home and on-site technology support, including Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting, smart-home setup, computer support, device help, and more.

Do you work with seniors as well as veterans?

Yes. While we were founded with veterans in mind, our services are available to everyone — including seniors, families, and businesses.

Do you come to my home?

 Yes. We provide on-site support for most services so you don’t have to haul equipment or struggle alone 

What if I don’t understand technology well?

That’s exactly why we’re here. We provide patient, step-by-step support and make sure you feel comfortable using your technology.


PRICING & BILLING

How much does a standard visit cost?

 Our standard service call is $75 for the first 60 minutes. Most issues are resolved within this time 

What if the job takes longer than an hour?

  Additional time is billed at $25 per 30 minutes 

Are add-ons extra?

 Yes. Add-on services (like computer cleanups, large data transfers, or advanced home-theater setup) are priced separately but always require a standard service visit 

Do you offer monthly or yearly tech support plans?

Yes. We offer monthly and yearly support plans that include service visits, remote support, and discounts. Visit our Membership Programs page for details.


WI-FI & NETWORK QUESTIONS

Can you set up or fix my home Wi-Fi?

Yes. Wi-Fi troubleshooting, router setup, and mesh system installation are all included in the standard service call

Do you work with Orbi, Eero, Google, Nest Wi-Fi, or others?

 Yes — we work with all major Wi-Fi systems, including Orbi, Eero, Google, and Nest

My internet is slow. Can you help?

 Absolutely. We diagnose the issue, improve performance, and secure your network 


DEVICE SUPPORT QUESTIONS

Do you fix computers?

 Yes — we provide cleanup, optimization, virus removal, updates, and troubleshooting 

Can you help reset my passwords or email?

 Yes. Email, account recovery, and password resets are included in the service call 

Can you help with smartphones and tablets?

 Yes. We handle app setup, updates, backups, and troubleshooting 

Do you fix printers?

 Yes. We connect printers to Wi-Fi, install drivers, and resolve printing errors 


SMART-HOME & ENTERTAINMENT QUESTIONS

Do you install smart-home devices?

Yes — we install and set up smart-home devices including cameras, doorbells, plugs, lighting, and more.

Do you set up Alexa or Google Home?

 Yes. We configure routines, automations, voice commands, and device groups

Do you mount TVs?

  • TV mounting may require an additional fee:
  • • Assistance from a second adult: $100  
  • • Second technician: $175

Do you set up soundbars and surround sound?

  • Soundbars are included in the service call. Surround sound systems are available as an add-on ($125).

How do I schedule a service visit?

You can schedule a service through our Contact page or by calling/emailing directly.

How soon can you come out?

We offer flexible scheduling, with priority availability for members and subscribers.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes — some issues can be handled remotely. Remote support may be included at no additional cost for members
